Broker vs. Consultant:
Our consultants are licensed and appointed in Pennsylvania and New Jersey to perform life and health insurance brokerage services. However, that is not necessarily what all of our clients need. In many instances, Aperture Consulting can add value to an employer’s benefits program without replacing their existing brokerage relationship. If an employer values their existing broker as a true partner, or if that broker is providing a proprietary product (i.e. access to a consortium), Aperture Consulting can work cooperatively with that broker to coordinate a full complement of employee benefits consulting services. However, if an employer is dissatisfied with their current broker, Aperture Consulting can provide full replacement of that relationship and assume the traditional brokerage responsibilities. We believe this flexibility positions us to adapt to our individual client’s unique situation and needs.
